About

The area between Savannah and the new Hyundai plant is growing faster than almost anywhere in Georgia. New neighborhoods are rising in Richmond Hill and Pooler. Ellabell and Pembroke, quiet towns a few years ago, now sit beside one of the largest manufacturing projects in the state’s history. Families arrive every week from across the country and around the world.

What hasn’t kept up is the information. A family arriving in Bryan County finds plenty of national websites and very little local knowledge. The best recommendations still travel by word of mouth, and newcomers, by definition, don’t have anyone to ask.

Savannah Corridor Guide exists to fix this. We list the businesses and services newcomers need, organized the way a newcomer thinks: I need a place to live, then utilities, then a doctor, then someone to cut the grass. Our Getting Established guides walk through the unglamorous first steps, from water service to vehicle registration, with the right office and the right documents for each.

How Listings Work

Basic listings are free, and we add many ourselves from public information. Businesses pay only for featured placement, and featured status is always labeled. We don’t sell reviews, rankings, or endorsements. If a business appears here, a real person confirmed the business exists and serves this area. Nothing more is implied, so check reviews and references as you would anywhere.

Who Runs This

Savannah Corridor Guide is independently owned and operated from right here in coastal Georgia. We have no affiliation with Hyundai Motor Group, any government office, or any business listed on the site. Questions, corrections, and suggestions are welcome at info@savannahcorridorguide.com.
